Michael Redfearn is currently a digital literacy consultant (Michael Redfearn Consulting) with 28 years’ experience in education as a high school teacher, K-12 technology learning consultant and eLearning contact with the Waterloo Catholic District school board. Michael was the project lead and co-writer of the 2009 Catholic Curriculum Corporation 7-12 resource, Ethical & Responsible Use of Information & Communication Technology Guideline.

One of the founding directors of the Meningitis Research Foundation of Canada (MRFC) since 1998 – he currently serves on the CoMO (Confederation of Meningitis Organisations) Governing Council.
